RDFC is an investment, business development, and management consultancy services company incorporated in the Republic of Ghana in 1979. We offer our clients tailored market intelligence feasibility reports, direct sales opportunities and effective trade assistance services in the West African market. We assist companies to successfully penetrate the West African Market through our network to the relevant government institutions and key private sector leaders.

RDFC is a member of TRACE International (www.traceinternational.org) and is in good standing. TRACE is a non-profit membership association of multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries committed to the highest standards of transparency. We are also members of the African Business Centre, a trade and investment support service provider supported by the UK government. RDFC Africa is registered with the American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana (AMCHAM, Ghana - www.amcham-ghana.org) and NOF Energy, UK (www.nofenergy.co.uk).

The RDFC Code of Conduct
for international business relationships

  • RDFC business operations are in line with international best practices, corporate compliance, and business ethics.
  • As a limited liability company subject to the laws of Ghana, we ensure that our business relationships outside Ghana comply with the requirements of applicable Ghanaian laws and that the following standards of conduct and legal requirements for global business are observed:
  • Applicable local laws must be complied with in our international business relationships. If there is a conflict between applicable local law and applicable Ghanaian law, RDFC’s guidance will be sought in order to resolve such conflict;
  • RDFC, in its relationship with customers, organisations, governments, employees, suppliers and other persons, will deal in a fair manner, with honesty and integrity, observing high standards of personal and business ethics;
  • Business books and records will be maintained in a proper, responsible and honest manner, which will allow RDFC to comply with applicable laws;
  • Confidential or proprietary information will not be disclosed at any time to persons outside the international business relationship without proper authorisation;
  • Appropriate anti-trust and competition laws will be complied with;
  • Payments to a contractor shall be made in the country where the contractor is performing services on behalf of RDFC, in a currency which conforms to the local law of the country where the services are being performed;
  • The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States must be complied with;
  • The laws of the United States regarding boycotts must be complied with; and
  • The laws of the United States regarding trade sanctions and export administration and control must be complied with.

In our commitment to become the gateway to Africa for our clients, we have expanded our business operations and offices to key strategic countries in Africa to best position us to meet the needs of our clients.
